About Griffin
Griffin is a real estate investment professional with nearly a decade of experience spanning acquisitions, development, and capital markets. He is currently a Partner and Head of Acquisitions & Development at HPP Real Estate, where he leads the firm’s investment strategy, capital formation, and deal execution efforts.
Throughout his career, Griffin has been involved in more than $1B+ in real estate transactions across a variety of asset classes, including multifamily, office, retail, and mixed-use developments. Prior to joining HPP Real Estate, he served as Head of Acquisitions & Development at Somerset Partners ,where he focused on value-add multifamily investments nationwide and played a key role in the planning and execution of a large-scale master-planned development in the South Bronx.
Through Scarlett Row, Griffin owns and operates a diversified portfolio of real estate assets across the United States, spanning multifamily communities, office properties, NNN retail, and strategic covered land investments.
Syracuse Basketball
Griffin graduated from Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University, where he was an Orange Scholar Athlete, with a SU record of 121-26 in his 4 years as a member of the Orange Men’s Basketball Team, the winningest class in Syracuse History. He was a Senior Captain of the 2013 Final Four team.
